We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Unfortunately, shipping cost is non-refundable in case of a return.

Important information

If you want to return an item, we ask you to please ship it to Nadia Davinska using any delivery service. The product must be in the same condition as when received, and in the original packaging. The parcel should also include all the bonus items, gifts, and samples. 

Since most of the items in our shop are head wraps and are intended for personal use, we ask that if you're not sure about the turban size (or have any other doubts), you should try on the turban in a plastic cap and without make-up. 

If the product doesn't fit you and needs to be returned, it shouldn't have any traces of hair products, creams, foundation, hair, or dead skin cells. We will need time of up to 7 calendar days to thoroughly inspect the item, including a laboratory inspection when needed. 

If the claim for the return is valid and the item doesn't have traces of use, Nadia Davinska will arrange a refund for the order amount to you, subtracting the original shipping fee.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), sale items or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. The returned item must meet all the conditions in the Important information chapter to be accepted for a refund. Shipping fees cannot be refunded.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
